Stourport Sports Club is not only the HQ for the Stinger cyclo-sportives, it is also the home of Wyre Forest Cycle Racing Club and the new 1.5km custom built road circuit.

The club now has a full programme of training and racing on this circuit and sportive riders can have a quick look pre or post riding this years stinger. After the sportive riders have left on Sunday morning there will be some Go Race events for kids on the circuit during the morning, so young family members can enjoy themselves in a traffic free environment whilst one parent is on site, perhaps enjoying some refreshment from the club bar. There is also seating and picnic tables overlooking the circuit, which is next to the club house. For any over 40's who also race (LVRC), we have circuit racing for them on the Friday evening and road racing on the Saturday. LVRC members who compete on one ,or both, of those days and stay to ride the sportive on Sunday will get a £5 discount off their sportive entry. This will be in the form of partial refund on Sunday for those who have taken advantage of already entering the sportive on line.
